Martin Podt ("Developer", "we", "us") built the PixelCrop app ("the App") as a free application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use the App.

Information Access

The App requires the following permissions to function:

• Photo Library — The App accesses photos you select from your photo library to process them. No images are transmitted externally.
• Save to Photo Library — The App saves processed images to your photo library.

Data Collection & Storage

The App does not collect, store, or share any personal data. Specifically:

• No personal data is sent to any server, cloud service, or third party.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks are used.
• No user accounts are required or created.
• Photos you select are processed entirely on your device and never uploaded anywhere.

Data Stored on Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device:

• App preferences (such as last-used crop mode, aspect ratio, background color, and theme) stored using iOS standard UserDefaults.
• Processed images saved to your photo library.
• Temporary cache files stored in the app's private cache directory and automatically cleared by the system when needed.

This data:

• Never leaves your device.
• Preferences are automatically removed when you uninstall the App.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple StoreKit for the optional PixelCrop Pro one-time purchase, which unlocks additional features. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple — the App never receives or stores your payment details. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for their data handling practices.

No other third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks are used.

Children's Privacy

The App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this page periodically.
